Understanding Commercial Projects

Skilled Labour

Skilled Labour

MPD only use skilled, trade certified painters who are employed directly under our current enterprise agreement. We do not use labour hire companies or employ on an ABN basis.

Our employees are paid all entitlements with above award rates. This enables us to attract and keep only the best of the best. We are a strong supporter of apprentices, training them to become tradespersons with many staying on as qualified employees.

Detailed Trade Specific Tenders

Tendering

Tendering

With all tenders we endeavour to complete our own quantity take-offs. This enables a trade specific tender to be provided to the client, which will highlight any out of scope items and valued engineering options.

Architectural specification will be reviewed at time of tender. If we see that specified products are not suitable to the substrate/conditions we will respecify and provide justification and product data sheets.

Advice and Consultations

Partnerships

Partnership

It is our aim to create a partnership with our clients through tender stage, procurement, build and completion. We are happy to offer advice and act as a consultant on any coating matter.
