The New WA Museum was a unique project in the City of Perth which included the restoration of four large heritage buildings and the construction of nine new gallery spaces.
We were engaged by Multiplex to complete the painting and decorating package to both areas of the project – “heritage and new build.”
The works were completed in conjunction to each other with the painting package commencing in September 2018 and finishing in December 2019.

WA’s Iconic 60’000 seat stadium and home to West Coast Eagles and Fremantle Dockers. Completed late 2017 at a cost of $1.6 Billion and voted Australia’s Best Stadium. We were engaged by Multiplex and employed 4 supervisors and a 60 plus team to complete the project within program.

A four year contract awarded in 2020 to repaint and maintain railway stations. General preparation and painting of steel, concrete painting in protective epoxy coating and also lead paint removal and management to the older stations. The contract includes high level logistics, access – scaffold and EWP, OHSE requirements, traffic management and crane hire as necessary.

Compass Latitude Leighton Beach is an apartment block consisting of 104 high quality apartments in Cottesloe.
Our painting package began in January 2020 and came to completion in September 2020 which included: Paint to all internal ceilings, walls, door sets, skirting and pelmets; External roll on texture to all balcony soffits and walls, external façade precast panels, planter boxes.

The redevelopment of Mandurah Forum has elevated the Centre to full Regional Centre status, expanding from 38,214m² to over 64,000m² GLA. The Centre continued to trade during the redevelopment with works staged to allow for this.
The timber look wall covering was proposed by MPD in lieu of timber veneer as a value engineering exercise which helped MPD win the project at tender stage, it is sourced from Japan. Particular attention was paid to the light wells with construction design of folding plasterboard approved by MPD and grain direction.

NV Apartments is a 33 level tower containing 401 apartments in the CBD. Our painting package began in September 2018 and came to completion in January 2020 with project scope including: Paint to all internal ceilings, walls, door sets, skirting and pelmets; External paint to all balcony soffits, walls and external façade precast panels.
The external and internal scopes were programmed in conjunction to each other with all external façade works being painted from swing stages.

The landmark Perth Children's Hospital project replaces the existing Princess Margaret Hospital for children and comprises of a gross floor area of 120,000sqm with 298 beds, 12 operating theatres, an integrated research and educational facility and paediatric trauma centre.

QT Hotel Perth, located on the corner of Murray Street and Barrack Street in the Perth CBD, comprises of the construction of a new 21 level building to be primarily run as a high-end boutique hotel featuring 184 guest rooms, café, bar, restaurant, rooftop bar, foyer and spa.
The project consisted of painting to all walls, ceilings, bulkheads, skirtings, doors, frames, window sills, pelmet packers and coves to all guestrooms, apartments and BOH. We also completed the coves, stair tred nosing to fire stairs and the car park line marking.

A five star hotel centrally located at the East end of the CBD. One of Perth’s finest hotels offering high end finishes and comfort. The Hotel features luxurious suites and rooms, Bodhi Day Spa, gymnasium, infinity pool and 11 event rooms. MPD were engaged by BPI for all painting and wall coverings. Completed in 2018.
